Zumba Fitness Dance Workout classes are low impact, high energy dance classes designed with for everyone to have loads of fun with, even those who have never danced before! These classes feature warm up dance movements to get you used to the Latin Rhythms, full body high energy but low impact dance moves, a cool down arm routine, abdominal core work, leg exercises, and ending with a stretching period. Everyone is welcome! Senior Fitness If you are a senior, I can help you maintain or improve your balance, flexibility and strength so that you can continue to do the daily activities you have been used to doing. I will also teach you how to get down and back up from the floor, so you won't be so worried if you happen to fall down. I am also available to train caregivers and senior activity directors to help the seniors they care for to exercise as well.
